Ray of Light offers a full yoga schedule that includes many Beginner friendly class options as well as classes for the more experienced practitioner. In addition to yoga, we also offer Barre and Barefoot Bootcamp style classes.
We have many special programs and series including Kids And Pre-Natal series, Meditation and Essential Oil workshops, and special events like our popular Belly Dancing nights! We are also excited to introduce Plant Based Nutrition in 2016!
What makes Ray of Light special is our amazing community of teachers and students that come together in support and encouragement of one another in a welcoming and non-intimidating environment.

"movement" Statement: Ray of Light's mission is to create a movement" within our community and beyond. Our dharma, or true purpose, is to guide people, through our love of teaching, to discover their own dharma and encourage them to share their inner light with others. We offer a safe and accepting environment, free of judgment where our students are free to come as they are, allowing them to discover their authentic self through physical movement, meditation, empowerment, and laughter. We encourage everyone who steps through our door to be fearless and courageous in creating their own "movement" of whatever makes them come alive and truly shine from the inside out.
